Warn Industries in Oregon is seeking a Powder Coat Production Team Member to support our premium finishing line. You will load and unload products, apply powder coat finishes, and ensure packaging meets quality standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload products on the powder coat line.
• Apply powder coat finishes per specs/work instructions.
• Package products for shipment and ensure quality.
• Assemble packaging materials and finished products.
• Support production goals with safety and quality focus.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in improvements.
