Job summary

Warn Industries is hiring for a Powder Coat Production Team Member. You will load and unload products on the powder coat line, apply finishes per instructions, and package finished goods for shipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

This active, hands-on role offers a Monday-Friday day shift with weekends off and has opportunities for cross-training and career growth within a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Powder coat or paint line experience a plus.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

As a Powder Coat Production Team Member, you'll help create the premium quality products Warn is known for by:

• Loading and unloading products on the powder coat line
• Applying powder coat finishes according to specifications and work instructions
• Packaging products for shipment and ensuring quality standards are met
• Assembling packaging materials and finished products
• Supporting production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
• Working closely with teammates in a collaborative environment
• Learning additional production processes through cross-training opportunities
• Participating in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position that may require:

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 60 pounds
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, and material handling
• Working around manufacturing equipment, varying temperatures, and industrial environments
