Job summary

Warn Industries in Oregon is seeking a Powder Coat Production Team Member to help create premium products on the powder coat line. You will load/unload, apply finishes, and help ensure quality while working with a collaborative team.

This role offers a Monday–Friday day shift, weekends off, 3 weeks PTO, opportunities for cross-training and career growth, and a safety‑driven, team‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Previous powder coat or paint line experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products on the powder coat line.
• Apply powder coat finishes according to specifications and work instructions.
• Package products for shipment and ensure quality.
• Assemble packaging materials and finished products.
• Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in cross-training.
• Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop new skills while contributing to team.

What you'll do:

As a Powder Coat Production Team Member, you'll help create the premium quality products Warn is known for by:

• Loading and unloading products on the powder coat line
• Applying powder coat finishes according to specifications and work instructions

• Supporting production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position that may require:

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 60 pounds
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, and material handling
• Working around manufacturing equipment, varying temperatures, and industrial environments
