Job summary

Warn Industries in Oregon is seeking a Powder Coat Production Team Member to support our premium finishing line. You will load and unload products, apply powder coat finishes, and ensure packaging meets quality standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

What you'll do:

As a Powder Coat Production Team Member, you'll help create the premium quality products Warn is known for by:

• Loading and unloading products on the powder coat line
• Applying powder coat finishes according to specifications and work instructions
• Packaging products for shipment and ensuring quality standards are met
• Assembling packaging materials and finished products
• Supporting production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
• Working closely with teammates in a collaborative environment
• Learning additional production processes through cross-training opportunities
• Participating in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Previous powder coat or paint line experience

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position that may require:

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 60 pounds
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, and material handling
• Working around manufacturing equipment, varying temperatures, and industrial environments
