Qualifications

• 1+ years powder coating or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read orders and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning and masking.
• Operate powder coating equipment and spray booths.
• Apply coatings to meet finish specs and thickness.
• Monitor ovens temperatures and cure times.
• Inspect coated parts for defects and quality.
• Complete production documentation and 5S/6S safety.
