Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply powder paint coating using manual guns while adhering to quality standards.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Test and adjust equipment prior to parts arriving at paint booth.
• Perform preventative maintenance on powder booth and washer system as required.
• Paint/recoat refrigerated display case parts on a suspended conveyor.
• Adjust line speed to match parts being painted.
• Perform color changes following established procedures and time limits.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and report to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with the paint line team.
