Dover Food Retail is seeking an entry-level Painter I for the 3rd shift at our South Chesterfield, Virginia facility. You will set up and operate painting equipment, mix coatings, and prepare parts for coating processes while ensuring quality standards are met.

This onsite role is ideal for individuals who can follow standard procedures, pay close attention to detail, and are available for third shift work. The position pays hourly and is eligible for performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and instructions.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift in Virginia.
