Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hill PHOENIX certification training required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing painting or powder coating preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies powder paint coating using manual paint guns following safety and quality standards.
• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment.
• Test and adjust equipment prior to parts arriving at paint booth.
• Perform preventative maintenance on powder booth and washer system as needed.
• Inspect painted parts for defects and ensure color consistency.
