Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking team members for the production line to cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products in a fast-paced environment. You will operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow all safety and biosecurity guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and poultry or food-industry experience is a plus. Strong teamwork and the ability to multitask are essential for success on this team.

Qualifications

• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and fostering a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different production areas as required.
