Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet safety and quality standards.

You will operate equipment, keep a clean work area, and follow biosecurity guidelines while working in a fast-paced team environment. We value reliability, willingness to learn, and teamwork as you contribute to safe, high-quality products for customers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication, and be a team player.
• Physical: Able to work in cool temperatures and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, labor, and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across different production areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
