Job summary

Pilgrim's Global is hiring for an hourly production position. You will work on the processing line performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection tasks to meet food safety standards. You’ll operate equipment, keep areas clean, and follow biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be able to multitask, communicate well, and work as part of a team. Education of a high school diploma is preferred, with poultry experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Physical: ability to stand 8–11 hours, lift 50 lbs+, work in 40-degree temps.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement.
• Be flexible to work in different production areas as needed.
