Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking production hourly teammates to join our Wisconsin plant. You’ll work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict food safety and quality standards.

You will operate equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety and biosecurity guidelines. This fast-paced role requires dependability, willingness to learn, and teamwork to help us deliver safe, high-quality poultry products while supporting

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor and equipment according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
