Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a manufacturing role on the production line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet strict food safety and quality standards while operating equipment and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, good communication, comprehend simple instructions and use common sense, be a team player, and work close to others at some stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different areas of production as needed.
