Job summary

Pilgrims is seeking production hourly team members to join our fast-paced processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, operating equipment and maintaining a safe, clean work area in compliance with USDA standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to safety guidelines. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work and opportunities for career growth within Pilgrims.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and communicate well, follow simple instructions and work as a team.
• Physical: work in cool temperatures, stand 8–11 hours, lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrims standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
