Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Florida is seeking team members for our production line. You’ll cut, trim, package and inspect poultry products to meet safety and quality standards, operating equipment and maintaining a clean area in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a base hourly rate of $15.35 with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus attendance incentives and comprehensive benefits after 60 days. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend work; 401(k) with company match, PTO and

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: ability to multitask, work quickly, communicate well, understand simple instructions, be a team player.
• Physical: ability to work in cool temperatures (~40°F) for 8–11 hours and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and knowledge to promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas as needed.
