Mountaire Farms is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee department operations, ensure SOPs, proper staffing, and safety, and align people and resources to meet quality and efficiency goals. The role requires HACCP knowledge, USDA sanitation guidelines, and the ability to hit production metrics.

Bachelor's preferred in Agriculture/Operations/Business, with 3+ years supervisory poultry experience. HR and safety procedures, timekeeping with Kronos/Oracle, and continuous improvement are part

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience; poultry experience preferred.
• HACCP knowledge and experience.
• USDA sanitation and pre-operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders fulfilled with correct staffing and adhere to SOPs and GPPs.
• Follow product quality specs and packaging; address defects and improvements; ensure food safety compliance.
• Meet department metrics: BMPH, Cost/ lb, PPMH, A Grade %.
• Follow HR/Safety procedures; complete Kronos and Oracle HCM time off requests; complete safety training.
