Job summary

Mountaire Farms in North Carolina seeks a supervisor to oversee department operations ensuring quality, safety and efficiency. You will align procedures, people and resources to achieve goals in a fast-paced poultry production environment.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and knowledge of HACCP and USDA sanitation guidelines to maintain compliance and drive performance. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience; poultry experience preferred.
• HACCP knowledge and experience.
• USDA sanitation and pre-operations guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are fulfilled with correct staffing daily and follow SOPs and GPPs.
• Follow product quality/packaging specs and address defects; enforce food safety regulations and correct deviations.
• Meet department metrics: BMPH, Cost/lb, PPMH, A Grade %.
• Follow HR/Safety policies; complete Kronos and Oracle HCM time off requests and safety training.
