Mountaire is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the maintenance team in a poultry processing facility. The role emphasizes scheduling, line speed management, downtime control, and safe operation of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Qualified candidates typically hold a Bachelor’s in a maintenance field with relevant certifications (Electrical Master’s, RETA L4, CIRO) and have at least five years of utility management experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a maintenance field is preferred.
• Certifications in Electrical (Master’s) and/or Refrigeration (RETA L4) are desirable.
• 5+ years of utility or plant maintenance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff across multiple projects.
• Schedule and optimize line speed, downtime, and preventive maintenance.
• Direct and assign work to Superintendents and technical staff.
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and related equipment.
• Report on maintenance activities and safety compliance across the facility.
