Job summary

Wayne Farms in Bryan, TX is seeking a Poultry Processing Supervisor to lead production line personnel, ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and USDA/OSHA regulations while achieving high productivity and customer satisfaction.

You will manage schedules and staffing, optimize throughput, ensure accurate daily reports, drive process improvements, partner with Quality Assurance for a safe, sanitary operation, and mentor team members through performance feedback and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• Three years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including knowledge of timekeeping requirements, policy adherence and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage production line/department by establishing procedures and adjusting to meet production schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reports (attendance, yields, etc.) are accurately completed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and monitor metrics.
