Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet strict food safety and quality standards, while operating equipment and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Teamwork and reliability are essential as you adapt to a fast-paced environment. The role offers a base hourly rate of $15.35 with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus attendance incentives and opportunities for career development through

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a production setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and comply with safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
