Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking Production Hourly team members to operate on the processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet USDA and Pilgrim's standards. This hands-on role requires reliability, safety awareness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Must be able to multitask, communicate clearly, and work safely in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety/food safety guidelines.
• Support team members and share skills to maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across production areas.
