Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line to cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry while following USDA and company safety rules. You’ll operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and work in a fast-paced environment that values attention to detail and teamwork.

The role offers an hourly base of $15.35 with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift, plus a perfect attendance incentive of $3.00 extra per hour ($4 on later shifts).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication.
• Team player and able to work near others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report safety issues.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support teammates and share skills.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different production areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
