Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, inspect and help maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Expect a base hourly rate of $15.35 with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts, plus a perfect attendance incentive of $3 per hour (or $4 on 2nd/3rd shift). Full benefits and 401(k) opportunities are available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, communicate well, follow simple instructions and work closely with others.
• Physical: Able to stand for long periods and work in cool temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products and operate tools and equipment per Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
