Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on our processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet strict quality and safety standards, operate equipment, and keep a clean work area in a fast-paced setting.

Strong teamwork, dependability, and willingness to learn are essential. This role offers a base hourly rate of $15.35 plus a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts, with a perfect attendance incentive of $3.00 per hour (or $4.00 on 2nd/3rd shift).

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, communicate well, follow simple instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical: Ability to stand for 8–11 hours and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsabilidades

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
