Pilgrim’s in Texas is hiring for a Production Hourly role on the manufacturing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, operate equipment, and maintain a clean area while following safety and biosecurity rules.

This is a fast-paced setting where teamwork and reliability are essential. Expected to stand 8–11 hours daily in cool temperatures, with a base hourly rate and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate well and follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area while following safety and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different areas of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
