Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to join our processing line in Texas. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, operate equipment, and maintain clean, safe work areas following USDA standards. This hands-on role rewards speed, accuracy, and teamwork on a fast-paced line.

Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a global food company.

Responsabilidades

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by rotating tasks across production areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
