Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to join our processing line in a fast-paced plant. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry, operating equipment and maintaining clean, safe work areas in line with USDA and Pilgrim’s standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; poultry experience is a plus. The position offers Monday–Friday schedules with some weekend work, health benefits after 60

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and meet production and quality goals.
• Perform duties in different areas of production as needed.
