Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to join our processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products while upholding strict food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with teammates. Prior experience is a plus; HS diploma preferred. Benefits include health coverage, time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and work quickly.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense.
• Must be a team player and able to work close to other employees at some stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and food safety guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
