Job summary

Pilgrim’s De Queen, Arkansas is hiring for Poultry Processor-Production Laborer to join the hourly production team. Starting pay is $16.65/hour for 1st shift and $18.15/hour for 2nd shift, plus a $2.75 attendance bonus per hour if qualifications are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely.
• Must be able to work shifts including some Saturdays.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work in cool temperatures (~40°F).
• Stand for 8–11 hours, use hands, and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process product using tools, labor and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Follow operating procedures and meet quality/quantity expectations.
• Observe equipment, report malfunctions and safety concerns.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Support team members with gained skills.
• Follow safety, food safety policies and maintain a positive atmosphere.
