Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a production teammate to join our safety‑driven team on the processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package, inspect, and help maintain food safety and quality while following USDA and Pilgrim’s guidelines.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adaptability in a cool production environment. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend work, a base hourly rate of 15.35 USD plus a 2.00 USD shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts, plus a perfect attendance

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Physical: able to stand 8–11 hours and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products per Pilgrim’s and USDA standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
