Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, supervision of 20+ personnel, and a track record of driving improvements in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Associates Degree with 2+ years in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline preferred; 5+ years in food manufacturing a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience over 20+ people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Production Supervisors, ensuring quality and productivity goals.
• Manage production and employee performance with constructive feedback.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company and USDA requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting and data integrity for operations.
• Coach and develop employees, driving continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to maintain food safety and sanitary standards.
