Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its on-site Acorn facility. You will perform daily and preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations to keep poultry processing equipment running safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and readiness for emergency calls are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial, manufacturing maintenance, or electrical experience required.
• Strong safety practices and ability to work in a poultry processing environment.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Repair, install, adjust, and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Disassemble machinery to remove parts and make repairs.
• Inspect parts for defects and wear and tear.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust components; reassemble after service.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and prioritize safety.
