The program emphasizes safety, biosecurity, and teamwork, with opportunities to lead, mentor, and collaborate with service techs to achieve production goals. Weekend work may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in a related field is preferred.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and acceptable driving record if needed.
• Ability to push/bend/squat/pull and lift 50lbs or more.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking skills is a plus.
