Job summary

Select Genetics in Raeford, NC, seeks a Farm Manager to oversee on-farm brood operations. You will follow directives from The Service Tech and Division Manager, maintain a safe, clean facility, manage feed inventory, and input mortalities in the M-Tech database to support flock performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, brood or growing turkey farm experience, strong communication, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends; bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 2 years related experience.
• Experience in brood or growing turkey farms.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the directives of The Service Tech and The Division Manager.
• Use time management effectively.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility.
• Record mortalities daily in M-Tech and manage feed inventories.
