The role provides exposure to Breeders, Hatchery, Agribusiness, Feed Mill, Grow Out, Operations and support departments, under experienced guidance and structured learning objectives.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate or Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of leadership experience).

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree required, or 4 years leadership experience in lieu of education.
• 0-2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments as defined in the Management Trainee Program, including Supervisory activities.
• Special Projects.
• Complete weekly summary reports and departmental reviews/projects.
