Job summary

Baxter is looking for a Material Handler, Pouch to support the Pouching line in our around-the-clock manufacturing environment. You will move, inspect, and transport IV therapies and other sterile solutions, operate line equipment, and help ensure quality products reach customers on time.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, with basic English, math, and computer skills. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, as are PIT operation, inspector, and Worksaver certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+.
• CRC certification at Silver level preferred.
• Worksaver Operator Certification preferred.
• Inspector Certification preferred.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Understand and read safety and quality instructions and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Move, inspect, and transport IV therapies and sterile solutions.
• Operate line machinery and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Document information on manufacturing logs or POMS system.
• Perform scheduled quality checks with gauges and scales.
• Keep work area clean and safe following 6S and cGMP.
• Notify supervisor of safety, quality, or equipment issues.
