Job summary

The Material Handler, Packing at Baxter International Inc. is responsible for moving, inspecting, and packing IV therapies and sterile solutions in a cleanroom, following cGMP, 6S and safety standards.

You will operate packaging equipment, transport bags with a PIT, ensure quality, log defects, and collaborate with a fast-paced manufacturing team, with attention to detail and flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• PIT Operator Certification and Inspector Certification are required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Transport sterilized bags using a PIT from the cooling area to the packing line.
• Inspect and change out batteries on the PIT as needed.
• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment and ensure cartons are supplied.
