Baxter is hiring a Material Handler, Pouch, to support the pouching line in our Marion, NC facility. You will move, inspect, and transport IV therapies and sterile solutions, while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• CRC Silver level preferred.
• Ability to obtain Worksaver Certification.
• Ability to obtain Inspector Certification.
• Basic English communication.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain line machinery for pouching.
• Transport IV therapies and sterile solutions.
• Identify and stage production supplies per BOM.
• Record manufacturing logs and logs in POMS.
• Maintain a clean, safe 6S work area.
