Job summary

Baxter seeks a Material Handler, Packing to join our manufacturing team. You will move, inspect, and pack IV therapies and sterile solutions, operate packaging equipment, and maintain a cleanroom environment to ensure patient safety.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, with ~1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. PIT Operator Certification and Inspector Certification are assets. Training is provided, and some overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• PIT Operator Certification or ability to obtain it.
• Inspector Certification or ability to obtain it.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and inspect IV therapies and sterile solutions for packing.
• Operate automated packaging equipment.
• Maintain a cleanroom and follow cGMP standards.
• Log materials and ensure proper packaging orientation.
• Support safety and quality initiatives across shifts.
