Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - Pouch on the 8th shift to lead the pouch line and drive product quality. You will coach the team, ensure safety, and maintain GMP and SOP adherence in a fast-paced, high-standard manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes clear communication, accountability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines and quality goals while supporting Baxter’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
• Understanding GMP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the pouch line.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant work area.
• Train and develop employees; enforce GMP and SOPs.
• Monitor performance and report attendance, efficiency, and quality.
• Support annual plan and budget commitments.
