Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - Pouch on 8th shift to lead the pouch line, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.

You will mentor a team, optimize operations, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to sustain manufacturing excellence on a high‑energy line. This role requires strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant.
• Good computer skills and ability to prepare technical reports.
• Knowledge of GMPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily manufacturing operations in an area; audit, refine and improve equipment and processes.
• Provide a positive and equitable working environment.
• Support and emphasize Safety and Quality commitments; make decisions within the area.
• Utilize resources and raw materials efficiently to meet objectives.
• Identify resources to assist the superintendent in meeting annual plans and budgets.
• Coordinate training for employees on GMP, job skills, safety.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and FDA requirements.
• Support Talent Management goals; recognition and disciplinary processes.
• Submit and maintain reports on attendance, labor, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
• Understand and apply cGMP standards.
