Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Packaging Associate to support the production of life-sustaining medical devices. You will package cuffs and finished products, label parts for shipment, and maintain inventory while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will work in a collaborative manufacturing team, follow SOPs, and participate in Lean initiatives and training, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products from the production line per work instructions.
• Label and prepare components and assemblies for shipment with complete protection.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping and storage per SOPs.
• Maintain inventory levels by replenishing materials as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
• Inspect products for defects and nonconforming conditions.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and Lean initiatives including Kaizen.
• Maintain 6S-compliant, clean, organized workspaces.
