Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3 years manufacturing experience and 2 years in supervisory role.
• Must not be allergic to Penicillin and Cephalosporin or related products.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicates guidance, support, direction and leadership through effective interactions with all personnel during daily operations.
• Supervises day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, training and auditing activities.
• Interviews, hires, coaches, motivates, develops, recognizes and leads performance of direct reports; provides regular feedback.
• Reviews, approves, and handles documentation for batch and system records; assists in release of product for distribution.
• Identifies and facilitates continuous improvements, lean manufacturing activities and initiatives (5S, visual management, kaizens).
• Manages resources and raw materials to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Develops training content and ensures appropriate training for employees.
• Ensures compliance with GMP rules, SOPs and FDA requirements.
• Performs technical reviews, investigations and process improvement projects.
• Provides manufacturing input into integration and validation of new equipment and processes.
• Resolves technical, material and cGMP problems that may impact deadlines; guides during deviations.
• May represent the company during FDA inspections; provides information to establish credibility and compliance.
• Monitors capital expenditures and assists in budgeting.
• Submit and maintain reports related to attendance, labor, maintenance metrics, safety, etc.
• Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
• Learn and apply rigorous quality standards and SOPs.
