Endeavor Health in Highland Park, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the LDRP unit. Full-time, 36 hours per week, night shifts 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with weekend rotation; travel to Evanston Post-Partum as needed.

You will perform nursing care using the nursing process, instruct and supervise staff, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure safe, effective patient care and positive outcomes.

Competenze

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred.
• Current IL nursing licensure; BLS/CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the LDRP.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
