1100 Endeavor Health Clinical Operations in Highland Park, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse – Nursery and Post-Partum for full-time 36 hours/week. The role offers an hourly pay range of $37.25 to $57.74 and a $25,000 sign-on bonus pending 18 months LDRP experience.

You will provide safe, compassionate care in LDRP, use nursing process, supervise unlicensed personnel, collaborate with healthcare team, and help ensure safety and high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education: NLN-accredited nursing program required.
• BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the LDRP.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
