Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Postpartum Supervisor/RN to oversee staffing and workflow in the postpartum unit. You will lead staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure adherence to policies to promote high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong nursing knowledge, supervisory skills, and the ability to mentor and coach staff. Expect collaboration with the Labor & Delivery team and ongoing quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Idaho is required.
• Diploma or degree in nursing with current licensure.
• Demonstrated leadership in Labor & Delivery or similar unit.
