Job summary

Mountain View Hospital seeks a Postpartum Supervisor/RN to manage staffing and workflow for the postpartum unit at the Idaho Falls campus. You will implement hospital policies, communicate with staff, and supervise postpartum nurses to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Diploma from accredited nursing program and RN licensure in Idaho.
• BLS/ACLS/NRP/STABLE certifications required or renewal as applicable.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and flow of the postpartum unit; ensures staffing according to guidelines.
• Coordinate services within department and with other departments.
• Assist in orientation, education, and training; oversee staff performance and provide feedback.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring; support quarterly unit education and meetings.
