Get the experience of a start-up with the expertise of an established company. PostNet GA131 is a new franchise with the PostNet team, claiming new ground in the Atlanta region.
The Customer Service Representative will support the owner and Center team in a key position by having responsibility for assisting customers with all store service and products, operating the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other Center equipment, and performing other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
- Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
- Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A valid driver’s license required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Notary Public certification may be required
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Assists customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by PostNet
- Assists customers with their product and service needs in person, through e-mail, and by phone
- Learns and operates Center equipment, machinery, and software at an expert level
- Assists customers and staff with the operation of in-store printing equipment
- Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system
- Up-sells, cross-sells, and actively participates in PostNet marketing and promotional initiatives
- Makes and/or schedules deliveries of products to customers
- Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff
- Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes
- Captures, completes tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail
- Assists customers with fingerprinting/I9 procedures
PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in person
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle
