You will partner with product managers and designers, guide architectural decisions, and drive delivery of meaningful improvements while maintaining the platform’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Postgres engineers.
• Drive execution of key product initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Infra to translate needs into technical roadmaps.
• Shape system design decisions and guide architectural tradeoffs.
