Responsibilities
- Protein production, purification, and analysis, including development and implementation of biochemical assays.
- Informatic and genome mining to identify, characterize, and understand biosynthetic pathways.
- Protein structure determination through X-ray crystallography and/or cryo-EM and single particle analysis.
- Data analysis, maintenance, and interpretation, including contributions on authoring publications and dissemination of research.
